Working with many iconic hospitality brands for decades, Kim’s focus on building strong connections with guests and communities both digitally and directly help create a network of fans and brand ambassadors that drive the message and the mission for all of the PPX companies.

Chef Matt’s quest for culinary excellence and creative menu development, along with his fanaticism for full traceability and sustainable sourcing are the foundation for each and every supplier partnership from tractor to trawler. 

Kim Dinsmoore

Kim’s world-wide new-store-opening leadership and attention to detail across the entire guest experience directs all PPX training, HR and operations policies with a people-first approach and bottom-line execution – while keeping the focus on quality and hospitality.

Having opened and operated the original Smith & Wollensky on NYC’s 49th Street for 30 years as managing partner, Tommy is the quintessential hospitality expert leading the PPX people-first approach with the mantra:  It’s about the people!

Having led many great Boston hospitality brands through years of success and prosperity, Ann Marie has had a positive impact on the people behind the Legal Sea Foods brand and will continue spearheading its future growth as the latest addition to the PPX portfolio.

Managing Partners

Regina Arendt

Managing Partner – S&W - Chicago

Regina joined Smith & Wollensky as a manager at the Chicago location 23 years ago. She was quickly promoted to Assistant General Manager and was an integral part to new store openings during that time. She was asked to take the leadership role of General Manager in 2009 and has been a Managing Partner for the last 4 years.

Henry Delgado

Managing Partner – S&W - Miami Beach

The consummate hospitality professional, Henry’s journey with Smith & Wollensky began 23 years ago. He has led the Miami Beach business for over 14 years, becoming General Manager in 2007 and Managing Partner in 2016. Henry is the past President of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association in addition to his many other affiliations with Miami institutions and charities.

Nathan Evans

Managing Partner - S&W - London

Smith & Wollensky appointed Nathan Evans to lead S&W venture in London, in 2015. Recruited to lead the team in the UK, Nathan has been a key component in developing the Smith & Wollensky formula for the UK market without diluting what has made it much-loved Stateside.

Matthew Griffith

Managing Partner - S&W - Las Vegas

Matt spent 14 years with Smith & Wollensky Las Vegas as a manager and ultimately, General Manager. In 2019, Matt returned as Managing Partner, driving the new restaurant opening and ongoing leadership of our new Las Vegas location at the Grand Canal Shoppes in the Venetian Resort.

David Cicciarella

Managing Partner - S&W Wellesley/Boston

A life-long hospitality professional, Dave has led several Boston-area brands before joining Smith & Wollensky in 2018. Dave oversees Greater Boston and leads operations for both the Wellesley and Atlantic Wharf locations.
