Nathan has been a key component in developing the Smith & Wollensky formula internationally without diluting what has made it much-loved Stateside. Today Nathan leads the Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group here in the US as Brand President, as we position the brand for more growth.

Regina joined Smith & Wollensky as a manager at the Chicago location 23 years ago. She was quickly promoted to Assistant General Manager and was an integral part to new store openings during that time. She was asked to take the leadership role of General Manager in 2009 and has been a Managing Partner for the last 4 years.

The consummate hospitality professional, Henry’s journey with Smith & Wollensky began 23 years ago. He has led the Miami Beach business for over 14 years, becoming General Manager in 2007 and Managing Partner in 2016. Henry is the past President of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association in addition to his many other affiliations with Miami institutions and charities.

Matt spent 14 years with Smith & Wollensky Las Vegas as a manager and ultimately, General Manager. In 2019, Matt returned as Managing Partner, driving the new restaurant opening and ongoing leadership of our new Las Vegas location at the Grand Canal Shoppes in the Venetian Resort.
